Philosophy and style:

Alex got started in his fitness career at Western Kentucky University in the recreation center. Fitness and a healthy lifestyle has been a huge aspect of his own life since he was young, and his passion for this career has only grown as time has passed.

Alex's fitness philosophy is not only to help you move, but to make sure you are moving efficiently. Through corrective exercise, motivation and behavioral strategies he models his clients programs in a way that is very specific to their individual needs. Alex believes that convenience is the number one barrier to living a healthy lifestyle; so he started this company to bring wellness to you.

 

Alex has worked with many different populations of people, including: pregnant, geriatric, special needs, athletes, and individuals with various medical conditions. He believes that his corrective exercise method is appropriate for everyone and coincides with their individual goals.  He is extremely passionate about what he does and is excited to help you move and feel your best!

Philosophy and style:

Ari got started in his fitness career as a Personal Trainer in Chicago, and as a strength and conditioning intern at Loyola University. His father is a physical education teacher and high school basketball coach. From a young age movement, competition, and fitness have been a big part of his life. He played soccer at Loyola University, and now coaches high school basketball at Loyola Academy. Through communication, experience, and motivation he tailors his programs in a way that is very specific to your individual goals.


Ari has worked with many different populations of people, including: Division 1 basketball players, Boston Marathon qualifiers, triathletes, high school teams, and men and women that want to continue to play the sport they love, for as long as they can. He has a passion for helping others, and through movement and motivation is excited to help you reach your goals.
